Past Life Regression, The Future And You

By Steve Bartlett

It is believed that only twenty-five percent of today's population believe in reincarnation. With a low percentage of believers, this does not mean that it is true. Haven't you ever felt pulled towards something, or a connection with something and you had no idea why? Ever have a talent you didn't know where it came from? You know what I'm talking about and the answer may be as simple as it was something that was once important to you in your past life.

Many people miss the opportunity or over look the validity and lose the chance to truly grow as a person. They never learn who they are today and why they are that way. You can hinder your own success or achievement by not getting in touch with who you were in those past lives.

Extensive research as shown that past life regression could be used as a very powerful tool to help people that suffer from emotional problems.

The most common advantage of past life regression is being able to clear trauma in their lives and promote healing. When people encounter trauma there are two obvious choices that can be made. You can either run, or you can face it to fix it. If you believe in past life regression, you will have an additional option. You can rescue your past self and help them to be successful with dealing with the trauma. The trauma can be viewed by the Higher Self.

You can contact your creative side through past life regression. Nobody lacks a mix of talents and attributes that steer them towards certain life decisions over other choices. With a past life regression we can use the inner guide to bring back attributes from one or more past lives.

We don't want bad karma coming back to us, but karma always does. With past life regression we can revisit a past life in which we created or banded a contract or agreement that is now bringing us issues in this life. We can with the help of an inner guide, modify it or rewrite this contract to unbind us from what is holding us down in that life, and heal today.

One of the best benefits we have through past life regression, is becoming a more grounded and affirming ourselves of who we are today.

It's not unheard of from those who use past life regression to become more grounded, and feel more aware of who they are and why they are the person they are, today. This is because they realize where their specific talents, characteristics, passions, desires, and connections come from. This knowledge is powerful and helps them to embrace who they are as a person, and achieve a more balanced life.

Experts agree in this field that if a person is serious about wanting to improve and enhance their life they need to practice past life regression. Knowing through past life regression about who you were in your past lives, helps you to be a person that more fulfilled during this lifetime.

If you discount or don't believe that your feelings about certain events or talents have to do with your past, you need to break down the walls that are blocking you from achieving a more successful life, and getting the life you desire to achieve.

A quick recap of what was mentioned is that through the benefits of past life regression, you can deal with traumatic events from the past so that they don't bind you in your personal life today. Dealing with them from your past life will help you live a better equipped life for dealing with decisions you need to make today.

They say history repeats itself. There is truth to that, but if you know the history, you can use it to change your personal life so that it doesn't repeat. You can get more out of life today, by learning about what happened in the past. If you were once dishonest in your past life and were punished for it, you can steer clear from that today and improve who you are.

Most importantly through past life regression you will have a better understanding of why you act the way you do today and exactly who you are and what made you that way. You can be successful and well rounded in life, living your life to it's fullest potential by taking advantage of all the skills and talents you once had.
