Got Depression? You Need A Good Natural Depression Cure.

By Susan Clooney

If you're depressed you may have found that depression has affected your life in so many ways you would never have thought of before your depression. And for so many people who have depression there may be an answer. A simple natural depression cure.

Many people assume that depression can only be treated by medical or psychiatric professionals, that it is a condition that must be treated by drugs. And they end up on a constant merry go round of different drugs which may at times be as bad as the depression they are supposed to treat.

Does this describe you? Have you had a seemingly endless succession of drugs to take? Do you find that you can't sleep at night? That you've put on weight? That one drug seems to lead to another to combat the effects of the first drug? That after a while it's almost impossible to get off some of these drugs because some of them are addictive?

Do you wish you didn't feel medicated any more? That the cure is worse than the cause? That your life has been taken over by drugs?

That's not unusual. For many people a diagnosis of depression can be a one way ticket to a life on drugs of various sorts. But, at least for many, that isn't necessary. There are often some simple time honored natural cures for depression that can have a marked impact on your condition without making you feel drugged out all the time.

And this doesn't even mention the cost of all those drugs. The cost can add up to the point where, for some, bankruptcy is the only option. Would you like to reduce those constant bills?

Not only are there some excellent natural depression cures they can cost way less than all those expensive drugs, and often cost nothing. And they aren't addictive. Let me give you just 2 simple samples, though there's way more than 2 natural depression cures.

Example number 1. Many studies, beginning at the end of last century, have confirmed a link between eating more fish and much lower rates of depression. They have shown a negative correlation between eating seafood and depression, as the findings are that societies that eat more fish have lower rates of depression. The reason is the Omega 3 fats in fish. This is still being studied.

And here's example number 2. There is a clear correlation between increasing exercise and lowering depression rates. There's both physical and psychological reasons why, but it's true.

Now there are many different causes of depression and there are also a wide range of cures, and there's no guarantee that if you eat more fish and do more exercise your depression will be cured. But there are also a wide range of different natural depression cures and some of them may well work for you.

And of course as they are cheap or often free you'll save big time.

If you have depression you owe it to yourself to try some simple natural cures for depression. You can try them in conjunction with your current treatments with your doctors approval, and you may even find that some of them help you get healthier as well, a side bonus.

So if you're just not finding that the mainstream pharmaceutical approach to treating your illness is working, you're feeling drugged out all the time and you're going broke, maybe you too could benefit from some simple, effective, cheap or free natural depression cures.

You've got nothing to lose but your depression. I have a book about these natural depression cures on my website.
