You might also want to cut back your sodium intake and drink more water in the day; both these techniques lead to healthier skin all of the way around. Ultimately, get the sleep you need at night, your dark circles could be the straightforward result of shortage of sleep.

If natural techniques do not work, you may need to move to over the counter products to remove under eye circles. While you experiment with remedies to remove dark circles, do not forget that you can cover them with makeup. While your circles are fading, you can hide all traces of them.
